Shipping to the United States (including Hawaii & Alaska):

Shipping to Canada:
We are proud to offer shipping to Canada. Please note any stated estimated shipping only applies to the US. You can use the shipping calculator button located in every item description to calculate shipping. The US Post Office,UPS are currently our only shipping provider to Canada and there are three available options:
Default: USPS Airmail letter post - Any packaged order weighing 4lbs or less USPS Airmail parcel post - Any packaged order weighing over 4lbs
Upgrade: USPS Global Priority mail - Any packaged order weighing 4lbs or less
Upgrade: USPS Global Express mail - Any packaged order weighing 69lbs or less
Currently, Global Express mail is the only international shipping method with a delivery confirmation (tracking) number. Airmail letter, Airmail parcel, and Global Priority do not provide delivery confirmation (tracking) numbers.
Note: Your order may be subjected to customs fees. These are fees charged by the Canadian government. We do not state or quote custom fees in our description because the fees originate outside the US and vary based on package value and area. Because we are a company and ship daily to Canada, requests for 'gift' shipping simply can not be honored.

Returns will be refused if they pass the 3 days grace period. Please ship your item back to us at the original condition and we will give you a merchandise refund, less restocking fee and shipping charges. 4. Your purchase must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and all accessories. We can not accept opened packages for return. 5. **Please request a return authorization number before shipping the item back to us. ** 6. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. 7.
